NEIL'S STORY
Strong at 60
Firstly I want to say a very happy big 60th birthday to AZ member Neil for tomorrow.
12 weeks ago Neil decided it was time to make a few changes, already an AZ member the exercise was not new..: it was time to learn a little bit about nutrition.
A classic ectomorph the challenge is to lose body fat without losing muscle mass and Neil has 💯 smashed it.
Here’s a little about Neil’s experience from Neil..
Weight 80.2kg to 74.2kg
Muscle mass 35.8 to 36.1
Body fat 21.5% to 13.5%
I started 2025 feeling overweight and sluggish and decided it was about time I did something about it.
I joined the transformation programme with Zoe in February and it took a couple of weeks to get into a habit of eating to a calorie deficit.
The support I received through Zoe’s Lifestyle Course of videos had been extremely informative and supportive and am now a lot more conscious about eating healthily as well as portion control.
I am definitely not going back to my old habits and looking forward to a healthier and fitter lifestyle.

KIRSTIE'S STORY

We’ve absolutely 💯 loved working with Kirstie — everything we’ve asked, she’s done! 🏋️‍♂️
Kirstie is an ectomorph body type and new to exercise. Her muscle mass was low, so we needed to focus on weight training. 🏋️‍♂️
With two spin classes a week and a daily 20-minute run, the cardio box was ticked. Kirstie focused her attention on using the upstairs gym and followed the personalised weight training program designed for her in the AZ Transformation.
There’ve been holidays, golfing weekends, and nights out — Kirstie hasn’t been perfect, but every week, she’s pulled it back.
So a massive well done, Kirstie — it’s been an absolute pleasure! 🥰

Here’s what happened when Loz committed to an AZ coaching journey:
“Being 50 and having a gut is not a look I wanted.
Zoe suggested I join my partner Kerry in getting rid of the excess weight.
You know what they say — no pain, no gain 🙂.
Zoe has been brilliant, offering great advice and all the information you could possibly need to get on track. I’ve learned a lot about myself and just how bad my diet actually was.
I’m now looking after my gut with a diet that both I and my gut enjoy. I feel so much better — less lethargic, more lively.
I’ve dropped a lot of bad habits (though I intend to keep one or two 🤣 — but they’ll be closely monitored).

Rachel has put her heart and soul into her AZ journey.
She started as a true beginner, unsure of what to expect from AZ and the group training.
Rachel, you have embraced everything with focus, drive, and determination. When we introduced Hyrox, Rach was there joining in and encouraging others to give it a go too.
I have never worked with anyone so focused. Rachel’s biggest achievement? An alcohol-free bottomless brunch!
You’ve truly embraced the AZ community 🧡 and fitted in 100% building a new life, making new friends, showing up to Sunday Club , and entering the AZ Games as soon as tickets were released.
You’ve made me laugh every day. I honestly can’t imagine AZ without you, Rachel.

ANDY'S STORY
Andy’s 6 week summer shred 😆
Here what he had to say about his experience ⬇️
I have been a member of AZ gym for a few years now but had recently hit a bit of a rut with my training and nutrition. Due to various injuries I had lost my motivation for exercise and with that also came a habit of unhealthy eating.
In May I saw Harry’s advert for a 6 weeks summer shred and with a summer holiday coming up in July I thought it was perfect timing to try to get myself back on track.
The results from this transformation programme have been amazing, not only did I reach my target weight loss and fat loss goal it has also helped me to get back on my fitness journey.
I couldn’t have done it without Harry’s support, he checked in with me constantly to see that I was doing well with both my exercise and nutrition. On days I lacked the motivation to go to the gym he encouraged me to get myself there and when in the gym he pushed me to keep going. He prepared a nutrition plan tailored just for me that was easy to fit into my day to day life and applied any changes when I needed it.
What surprised me most was how much I enjoyed the six weeks. I’m so glad I made the choice to sign up and the best part is I now feel much more confident and happy about myself again. I can’t thank Harry enough for all of his encouragement, support and knowledge.
