CLASSES WE RUN

MET-CON 30/50

MET-CON – Metcon workouts combine strength training, cardio, and high-intensity intervals to improve the body’s ability to use energy efficiently. This is the same as our old class called SWEAT (just renamed)

HYROX ENGINE

HYROX ENGINE – This class focuses on enhancing your aerobic endurance through targeted, HYROX-specific movements, designed to boost stamina and overall performance.

HYROX POWER

HYROX POWER – This class is specifically designed to build the strength needed for key HYROX elements, helping you improve power, endurance, and overall performance.

HYROX COMPETE
HYROX COMPETE – This session simulates race day, bringing together all the hard work you’ve put in, allowing you to experience the intensity and flow of an actual HYROX competition.
FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

FS – This class combines elements of both our Shred and Strong programs, offering a balanced approach to building strength and endurance. It’s designed to make you stronger in every way!

HIIT

HIIT – This high-intensity, instructor-led class combines a dynamic mix of weights and cardio, pushing you to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

BURN

BURN – Get ready for a high-intensity workout that combines weights and cardio with extended 4-minute stations. This class is designed to torch calories and is our top fat-burner of the week. You definitely don’t want to miss out!

SWEAT & CORE

SWEAT & CORE – This class is designed to strengthen your core while simultaneously pushing your cardiovascular system into the cardio zone, enhancing both stability and endurance.

WORKOUT OF THE WEEK

WOTW – This class can be anything! A high-energy session packed with our favorite exercises, designed to challenge you with a mix of fun and intensity.

RUN CLUB

RUN CLUB – This is ran every other week instead of hyrox compete on a saturday morning. This is suitable for all levels with different distances each week

MET-CON FIIT

SPIN/ SPIN FIIT

SPIN – A low-impact, high-intensity workout that takes place in an indoor cycling studio, designed to boost cardiovascular fitness and stamina.
