 AZ Fitness is a family run Online Fitness Company and face to face gym, specialising in Group Training, Personal Training and Lifestyle Coaching

 

We offer Gym only membership,Group Training memberships, Coaching packages & Personal Training from our state of the art 3.000 Sqft facility in Garstang, just off the A6 between Preston & Lancaster. 

 

Our drive is to offer a personal service to every single one of our both in house and online members, every client has a story, every member has a goal, our bespoke nutrition & exercise plans, along with our unique results driven community ensures that we get the best results possible for EVERY single member.

About: I have been a Personal Trainer, life coach and group training instructor for 25 years now, my passion is helping people to change their life habits to enable my clients to live healthy happy life.

I love anything outdoors, climbing mountains, running, cycling and especially the beach.
