Classes For All Fitness Levels

 

 

 

    HIIT

    HIIT is an instructor lead fun fast moving cardio versus strength workout, short intervals with lots of variety, keeping the workout varied and exciting, a high calorie fat burning no impact workout.

    STRONG

    Strong is a weight training based circuit training class using Dumbells, Barbells, Kettlebells and our strength based equipment. This class will build muscle & strength, it is a structured weight training program designed to shape, tone & sculpt. 

    hIIT CIRCUIT

    Hiit Circuit is a fun, fast moving 16 station circuit training class, using barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, spin bikes, steps, TRX, Jump boxes, the prowler, battle ropes, stability, medicine balls………the list goes on. 

    This class will have your blood pumping, your muscles throbbing & leave you wanting more.

    SHRED

    Shred is an instructor lead weight training class using a step, dumbbells & kettlebells, a full body workout designed to build strength, improve posture, increase muscle which in turn helps our clients to lose body fat.

    YOGA & PILATES

    Yoga & Pilates: Improve your strength, balance & flexibility with our Yoga & pilates classes. Yoga is the perfect complement to our group training program, still a challenging strength based class, our Yoga & Pilates classes focus on core strength, glute activation & stretching, helping our members to keep moving & moving well so that they reach their fitness goals. 

    BURN

    Burn is our highest calorie burner of the week, using a combination of cardiovascular exercise, optional spin bike & dumbbells. We alternate between cardio & strength, bringin the heart rate up & then back down encouraging the body to break down & burn fat. 

    Burn has longer intervals to ensure a high heart rate cardio workout whilst really feeling the burn during the weight training.

    Burn fat

     Spending as much time as possible in your optimum training zone for burning calories and fat, our hiit, burn & spin  sessions focus on using your bodyweight, weights & spin bikes in varying styles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Expect to see side effects such as burning more calories for longer after your workout and generally feeling awesome! Great if you’re looking to shape up, trim down and seriously boost your fitness levels.

    build muscle

    Get strong and lean while spurring fat loss and staving off the effects of aging in our Shred & Strong classes… 50 minutes of guided weight training, evolving isotonic & isometric exercise, targeting all major muscle groups and adding adaptations and progression as needed. 

     

    Our weight training classes enable our clients to build muscle, tone and strengthen in a guided safe environment. 

     

    It is recommended that we weight train 3 times a week, this is a perfect way to add some weights into your training regime.

     healthy heart

    Build a healthy heart through a healthy exercise routine. Our classes are designed to push you physically and mentally for any fitness level therefore everyone can take part.

     They will push you cardiovascularly whether that’s on the spin bike or pushing the sledge we have a wide range of equipment to help build a healthy heart.
